We like to share the best of T-Mobile with our customers. And that means keeping them up to speed with products, services and offers that are relevant to them. Every month, we send out around 70 marketing campaigns. And making sure they’re as effective as possible is where you come in.
As part of a small but close-knit team, you’ll update and manage our campaign database – matching customer information with forthcoming campaigns. And when you consider the number and variety of promotions that involves, you’ll understand what makes that such a fast paced and diverse challenge.
To rise to it, you’ll need considerable marketing know-how together with experience of working with large databases. Experience that has given you an in-depth knowledge of how they’re structured and the variables involved. You’ll be working from a commercial viewpoint, so don’t need to know all the technical ins and outs of the database we use. SQL experience is a definitely preferable and although we currently use Chordiant, as long as you’ve previously worked with SAS, Unica or Oracle, we’ll give you all the training you need.
